Following our market research, Kids Room Toys & Hobbies have decided to increase its market share in the fast growing field of remote controlled electric hobby planes, making them the market leader in the field. To service this purpose the project team will launch “The Victorian Park Flyers Club” at which enthusiasts will be signed up as new members at a discounted price. The club will provide many services and opportunities to its members.

We are unique in the way we have set up our business as there are no other model hobby shops that will sell a customer a model and then show them how to fly it. We also supply planes and parts to hobby club members at a special member’s price to ensure we don’t lose sales to other competitors. We offer a number of services. Assembly of models, service and repairs, tuning, full range of spare parts, expert advice, technical support and flying tuition.
